I cannot find the email with the download button

If you cannot find the download email, please first check your spam or junk folder, as these emails can sometimes end up there. If it is not in there either, then chances are the email address you used does not accept incoming emails. Do not worry, we will reply to you and get your products sent over as soon as possible.

My anti-virus has given me a warning about downloading the files

This is incredibly frustrating for us as much as it is for you, because our products are exactly what we say they are. The reason it happens is that some anti-virus software and email providers are stricter than others about downloads sent in emails. Please do not panic. Simply email customer service using the address at the bottom of the page and we will send the files to you directly, so you can see for yourself that they are just the spreadsheet files you ordered.

How do I find my templates once I have paid?

As soon as your order goes through, we send you an email with a download button. Just click it and your files will download to your device, ready to open. If the email has not arrived, check the question above about not finding your download email.

How do I open and use my Excel templates?

Just double click the file to open it in Excel. If a yellow bar appears at the top, click "Enable Editing" so you can type in the cells and use the links. Every template also comes with a short Quick Start guide that walks you through getting going, so you are never left guessing.

Can I use the templates in Google Sheets?

Yes. Upload the file to your Google Drive, then open it with Google Sheets. Everything works the same way, though you may notice small formatting differences between Excel and Google Sheets, which is completely normal.

Do the templates work on Mac and Windows?

Yes. The templates work in Excel on both Windows and Mac, and in Google Sheets on any device with a web browser.
