Thank you for shopping with Your Productivity Pro.

Because our products are digital items that are delivered instantly and downloaded straight to your device, they cannot be returned. Once a file has been sent and downloaded, it is yours to keep and cannot be given back, in the same way a physical product cannot be returned once it has been used. For this reason, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds as standard.

By completing your purchase, you agree that your download begins immediately and you acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel once you have accessed your files.

We take real care in creating our templates, and we want you to be genuinely happy with what you have bought. If something is not right, for example if you have had a problem downloading or opening your files, please contact us first at help@yourproductivitypro.com and we will always do our best to put it right.

If you would still like to request a refund after that, you are welcome to email us at help@yourproductivitypro.com. We read every message personally and consider each request on its own merit.
